"All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. They do quality, professional work, the paint lines were clean and no runs or spills. They sanded and plastered some areas of the wall and ceiling requiring repair, and touched up nicks and chips in the trim paint. They are polite and friendly. "Craig did an estimate for us in early August and thought he would be able to schedule the job for early September.  When I hadn't heard from him by mid-September I called and he said they were backed up due to poor weather conditions.  We really wanted to have the painting completed soon and he honestly said it probably wouldn't be until the end of September or early October.  He called on Oct 1 and said they would drop off ladders on the 2nd and begin work the following Monday.  He was true to his word.  Once they started the work it went quickly and they completed the work in 4 days as expected.   We weren't present while the team was working.  They cleaned up everything well and we didn't find any areas that were missed.  The house looks so much better!  Craig and his team did a good job and we would use them again. <br />"

"Paul responded quickly to my initial contact in which I explained what I needed and why I needed the work to be done quickly.  He came out when he said that he would to give us an estimate.  The work was completed the very next day.  His work produced a finished product that easily passed the follow-up inspection by the FHA's representative and the buyer.  The price quoted included his work and all materials.  The final price was slightly higher because we had him add a little to the job.  His increase in the final price over the quoted amount was extremely reasonable. <br /> <br /> Paul called me as soon as he finished the painting to let me know that I could send out the FHA inspector.  I was very appreciative of his knowledge about what the FHA would be expecting to have done.  He understood that we were working with a very short window in which the work had to be completed so that the closing date for the sale could be met. <br />   <br /> Paul was very pleasant to deal with and was professional at all times.  Our experience with him was very limited but I would not hesitate calling him again. <br />"
