"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"I have had Antonio and his wife once every other week since about October, 2023, and it has been going very well. They are very friendly and considerate. On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. Truthfully, my house is not real messy (only me and my husband) but they always do a thorough job throughout the entire house. There are 4 BR, 3.5 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, gameroom, and laundry room. Last week they cleaned one of my kitchen cabinets and washed the Waterford crystal inside for a small additional fee.
