"First few times cleaning did a good job. The last, they rushed and a lot was missed. After that, refused to respond to emails and phone calls. Were a no show today, their next scheduled day. I asked them for the courtesy of a response and nada. No communication whatsoever. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid and illnesses, but that did not work and is no reason for not communicating with a customer. Would NOT recommend."
