He didn't fuss like some carpet cleaners I had before like you're going to move this or you're going to move that and I kept saying these pieces are just going to stay right where they are. He didn't have any problem with that and it was nice just to have somebody do what I wanted and not give me a problem. They were very punctual, very professional. I mean from the beginning to the end. Everything about that company was professional."
