"So, I didn't want to get a fence but my dog jumped the one i had. I reluctantly called 3 companies for estimates. The prices were all right around the same. But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. Don't hesitate! you won't be disappointed. "A. Belmonte and Son recently installed a white vinyl fence in my backyard. Mr. Belmonte and his crew did a great job installing my fence and I couldn't be happier. They were professional and their work is high quality. My backyard is on a slope and they were able to meticulously install the fence tight to the ground while keeping ascetically clean lines along the top. "JC Fence was fantastic! We needed a new fence to to replace an old dilapidated one and to cover more area/fully enclose the back yard. It's beautiful! Steve took the time to talk through the project and answer all our question before giving us a fair quote. He also checked in on the first day of construction. The crew showed up on the day we agreed and finished the job the next day (1 full day total). Fence looks great--no wavy top line despite uneven ground--and exactly as I pictured. They took all the old broken fence, post etc and left my backyard neat as a pin. We have a small dog that we didn't want to get out through irregularities btwn the vinyl siding and the foundation and Hern was very solicitous and came up with good, solid, aesthetic solutions. Good attention to detail. It's clear he and Steve take great pride in their family business and it shows in the quality of the fence and workmanship. I can see why they are in such high demand. "The overall experience was good. There were definite ups and downs about the project but in the end the company stayed true to their word. The original estimates were very kind and overly willing to give us all the history of Statewide, including their 30 years in business and highly trained foremen. I actually missed our first appointment, but they were kind enough to reschedule with me. The men were on-time and measured the fence quickly. My husband and I had to point out an error on their dimension, which caused them to remeasure a small piece of fence. It was a done deal when the wrote up the estimate $3000 less expensive than the two others that had come our way. However, the issues began there. Had I better understood what I was looking at I would have realized that although the "blue print" had the accurate footage, there arrangement there of was off due to that extra footage that they went back to measure. I was told about 4-6 weeks out, and the project started at 6 week and 1 day out which I was fine with me. I thought that was pretty spot on. A week before the job, I received a phone call about my double wide gate. The gentleman full explained that the measurements were not sustainable for the weight, and that they were going to make some adjustments, which translated to upgrades, at no additional cost to us. When the men arrived they were pleasant and eager to start. They were very knowledgeable in their trade and clearly hard workers. They started immediate. We took a look at the "blue prints" and we spoke VERY clearly about my expectations. Including a 3' gate and a small piece of fence that attached to the back of the garage enclosing the yard. When I returned home I found that the piece enclosing the garage was not complete. Strange because we talked dimension, lining it up with the new pole, breaking the concrete etc. When I called the office Raphael gave me quite the run around and ended the conversation with "Well Ma'am that is why we give you that estimate. You should not sign that if it's not correct." Well, Raphael, I do not debate that, however, YOU are the experts, I AM NOT. I expect that when I ask you to re-measure something like a gate, or small section of fence attaching to the garage, that you are going to do so appropriately. After all this I actually had to do the math for them and point out that 34ft (total length) divided by 8ft(per section) is infact 4.25 sections. Approximately the .25' that was included in the overall footage to include my dinky section between the fence and the garage. I am a working mother and my biggest concern was not if you drew a one inch line on you blueprint from the fence to the garage. I feel as if I was talked down to, as if I was below him. Regardless this ordeal cost me time out of work, and energies not well spent. When the project was completed I found that my 3' gate was made in such away that you could LITERALLY not open it from the outside. The handle was badly installed leaving less than and inch of finger space to lift the latch. Also there was an ugly broken picket on the front facing gate. Raphael was overly happy to have these issues fixed, and they did fix them within 72hours. The final product is incredible. The work is well done and with craftsmanship. I would recommend them and use them again. The price and the value matched and that was worth the money. I just hope that this experience does not get forgotten and that it helps the improve customer service and the initial estimate process because they really have something special here."

"AEP Services Inc. was amazing from our first contact with them.  They (Arthur) were very receptive to our needs, discussed with us the work they would perform, and quoted us a VERY reasonable price.  Based on our interaction with them, the price of the project, and the quality of their work, we contracted with them a day later.

A few weeks later (after AEP ordered the materials necessary) they contacted us to schedule the installation of the new the new fence.  AEP Services arrived on time and completed the removal of our old fence (took with them), installed the new fence, and cleaned the construction area within 6-7 hours.  The staff on site reviewed the completed project with me and answered any questions I had. 

From beginning to end AEP Services Inc. was a great company to work with and I wouldn't hesitate a second to use them again for any other projects that may arise.  I would highly recommend them!

"Their price was reasonable and they did a much better job than the previous fence we had put up through another company. They were very professional. They knew exactly what I was talking about and did exactly what I asked. They put in nice quality equipment and didn't seem to cut corners anywhere. They sent out a team that was really very precise in how they arranged the poles that hold the fence. They did a very nice job with our really challenging backyard, which was not flat."

"I used them 10 years ago in Franklin, MA. I called 2 other fence installers that were local to my new home in Whitinsville, MA. One didn't want to do the job because it was getting too cold and the other, never showed up to the appointment. I found North Smithfield Fence on line on Angie's list, as I couldn't remember the name of the company and called them. They showed up on time for the estimate appointment. The estimator was very polite, professional and friendly. He provided a detailed diagram of the proposed fence. Accurate pricing that did not change and a date for the installation. I asked if they could move it up any earlier since I was moving into the house 2 weeks prior to the install date. He said he would note it on the file and if they could make it, they would. They called me a week earlier than the  promised dated and had the fence installed just in time before the snow and freezing temperatures would have gotten in the way. The installers were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

"Noah was actually referred to us by another contractor who was unable to do the job for us. He responded to our phone call quickly and made an immediate appointment to assess the needed repair, as we were under a time constraint. He not only gave us an estimate that we were happy with, he also made the repairs with no disruption and no damage to the inside of our house. We were advised by every other contractor we contacted that this could possibly happen. He was very professional and friendly and had the work completed in a far shorter time period than we expected. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. Once our town inspector approved the repair, Noah finished closing in the wall so neatly, that you would be hard pressed to find evidence that he was there. Needless to say, we would recommend Ark Home Improvement to everyone."
