The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

"Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. The quotation appointment was prompt, on-time, with options offered for different grade of replacements and features. The price seemed fair (not a bargain basement offer, and VERY far from the 'ridiculous' numbers always put out by an un-named famous national chain). The expectations for installation date range were clearly set (as we all know some of the supply chain challenges we are all currently living with). Installation date was arranged, once they had the units from their supplier. Friendly reminder call the day before, crew of 2 showed up exactly on time, and the work was efficiently and professionally executed. 15 replacements completed on 1st day, and 2 more days (per plan) to complete to work for installing 2 brand new openings for 2 additional windows. Only a few days in, so far - but we could NOT be happier. The work was completed with craftsmanship (see below, as a portion of the work was more than just installing replacements)."
