We called Ridge Roofing and had an appointment set up in a couple of days, Due to some weather damage Ridge Roofing was swamped on the appointed day, however we were notified promptly and were rescheduled for the next day, I am very happy that we were kept up to date and understand completely how things can get jammed up. Dustin Lee showed up the following day on time and after looking at our vent determined that the vent itself and the connection to the roof sheathing and the surrounding shingles were in good order and that the only thing that needed to be done was to remove and replace the tape that connects the duct to the vent. I am extremely happy with the results and Dustin refused any payment for his time. We will definitely be relying on Dustin and Ridge Roofing for any future roofing requirements."

Fair pricing, very fast scheduling, and a large one-story home under new roof in less than two full days, Mike Hoy, the owner, was on site daily to make sure crew had what they needed. Pains were taken to protect plantings and property from old shingles. The crew went over the area with a magnetic roller upon completion, and Mike did it a second time the next morning when he came by to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. One thing that really stood out to us was this. He told us some repairs were necessary that required more sheets of plywood than included in estimate. Estimate clearly stated additional sheets would be billed at $50 each. He said he wasn’t charging us for those, however, because he had ordered extra shingles just in case, and his refund for those more than covered the extra expense. He did not have to tell us that, but he did. In short, Mike is an honest man with great integrity, and does great work. We highly recommend!"

"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. "Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. After conducting a rather thorough review of the attic, Brett identified locations of leaks I had previously noted and a few additional locations. After negotiations on the selection of shingles, schedule and cost, agreement was reached in a rather streamline process. Negotiations were concluded quickly and finance arrangements made without any hassles. Over the couple of week before project started, both Brett and folks from the company kept in contact. "We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. Troy sent us pictures of the job as he did the work. He boards to be replaced. I trust Troy and Recommend him to anyone.
