More importantly, he had done work on a number of my neighbors’ homes and came highly recommended. His team was very responsive and got the work done on a short time frame which was great because I needed much of the work done before I moved in to my new home. My floors and skylights look great and I have full confidence in his work. One thing which I really liked is the fact that he is constantly in communication, is always available, and is local. The equipment they use to perform their jobs is in very good shape and well maintained. We can also rely on them for related work, such as tree trimming or removal when necessary. "My sewage ejector pump in basement would not stop running and I was looking to replace it. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."
