"After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with American Cool Roofing for our roof replacement and it was definitely the right choice. The team showed up early, worked hard, and finished everything faster than we expected. The new roof looks great and the entire process was very organized. Hailey was extremely helpful and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way."

I was nervous because progressive was going to cancel my insurance due to my old roof. I spent the whole day calling people and finally found spartan, Amy walked me through everytbing. Even the workers were sweethearts, Jose was my favorite.John was very friendly, very nice and very open. I knew spartan was the one as soon as I spoke with him. "Avi came out promptly and gave me a quote for my 3 bed 2 bath 1410sf home. I liked him from the beginning. He climbed up on the roof to assess current condition and stated it needed replacement. He sat down with me to discuss all options. He answered my questions and put me at ease. We discussed schedule and I was happy he could begin in about 2 weeks. Other quotes I received were 3 month lead time for installation. I checked out his license and insurance and all current. I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. Very good experience."

"It didn't go well. Same situation, my husband was home, I wasn't here, but the way I understand it, is that two workers came out, they cleaned the roof off and took pictures. He emailed me later with a very high estimate to repair the roof in a much larger scale than I was thinking that it needed. It wasn't affordable at all. I don't remember exactly but it was like a couple of thousand dollars. In that instance as well, I don't think I got what I was intending to buy when I bought the service off of Angie's List.  So basically I paid $99 for two guys to clean that section of the roof off. It was misleading.  It was a busy time of year for them and they couldn't come out immediately."
