Water heater was old with lots of rust and calcium deposits which plugged the draining hose up. Matt, the plumber, took care of the problem really fast and after a few minutes he came down the stairs with the old water heater on a dolly. He installed new flex piping for the new water heater and left the place clean. He never complained of the bad location or of the bad condition our old water heater was in. I have been in home with no water, no bathroom or working kitchen for over 3 months...which means friends shower, weekly trips to the laundramat, etc. I had another plumbing company here to camera the line, and gave me a very expensive estimate for work to be done. Above and beyond he allowed me to turn on the water main which has not been on in over 3 months, let me run the showers and the wash machine and showed me on camera the clear flowing water!!!
