"We called Vincent on a Sunday morning for an emergency cleaning since we were leaving for vacation Monday evening. We had a huge flood from the ac unit in our attic and we thought it was due to the gutters being clogged, not allowing the water the properly drain.  When I called he informed me he was located approx. 2 hrs from my home so I immediately thought there was no way he would come out on a Sunday to clean gutters.  However, he called back and offered to send someone if we couldn't find another company.  We agreed to a time and Jamie showed up at 2:00 and immediately went to work.  He also went in the attic to check the issue.  Although, the gutters were not the issue the service and response time was fantastic.  I would highly recommend using them."

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

"On the phone I told him it was a small job that can be done within an hour, but he said they"schedule" all jobs for 4 hours." I reiterated that it was a samll job. They did the job in 50 minutes, then tried to charge me for 4 hours work because they "pulled the gutter trailer from an hiour away." I once again explained that he did not say there was a 4 hour minimum but rather that they schedule 4 hours- a big difference. I felt sorry for him for coming so far (although that is his business) so paid him for 2 hours instead of 1 hour with a tip. Did a good job, but be clear with them if it is a small job!"
