"They stained my oriental rug and claimed it was abrash. Their cleaning process also stretched and added lots of wear to my antique rug. My oriental rug had handprints and stains after it was picked up. They acted like they were doing me a favor re cleaning it and delivering it to me. After inspection of the rug washed the second time, stains were present and the delivery guys couldn’t explain what it was. They said the owner would come out which he never did. Now I have rugs that are ruined. I think this company is unethical. It is hard to imagine they have so many positive reviews based on the way this case was handled."

"Todd from First Serve quoted me $2500 to clean my flooded basement. The flooded basement water had already receded by the time they started the job. However, they had to dry the wood stubs in the property and clean the basement. After the work, the company hit me with a surprising $3057 which is about 25% higher charge than what he had earlier quoted. He charged me additionally for cleaning the basement floor when that's already part of his job in the first place. This invoicing is completely unfair with inflated costs. In addition, they are threatening to lien my property and do a foreclosure of my property. This is complete corporate extortion. Please STAY AWAY from these company! The company also charged with a labor when clearly"
