"Mr. Kevin Goss met me at Big Lots to pick up furniture for assembly.  He was prompt, very neat in appearance, and followed us to my apartment where he unloaded my things from his van.  He was very efficient in assembling the wardrobe as well as the table and 2 chairs.  He also hung some heavy mirrors and a bulletin board, a large one with a glass door.  He was friendly and pleasant and thoroughly professional.  My sister and brother-in-law were in and out of my apartment during that time, and we were all impressed with how Mr. Goss worked.  He got the work done in a very efficient manner and I believe his rates were reasonable.  Since I am in an apartment now, I don't expect to need anything else done, but I plan to keep his phone number stored in my cell phone in case I need similar work done later. "

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
