"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

I called Precision Carpentry and Plumbing and spoke to Charlie Dieterich and was relieved when he told me he would have someone out shortly. A short time later Mike Dieterich arrived and immediately went to work to discover the source of the leak (a burst CPVC pipe behind a wall) and repaired same. His Hvac partner was able to reduce bulkheads by rerouting and reducing the vertical length of the existing ducts. We were able to get the drywall ceilings we wanted to get the finished look and feel we were looking for. Andrew and his team did excellent tile work and created custom cabinets to make every use of space. If he encountered any problems he would call us with a solution already on mind.
