They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"
