"One of the strangest experiences ever for our family. Ricardo did two large remodeling projects for us, but he left the second one without finishing back deck (we put $3k down) and ignored 100% of our communications for nearly 1 month. We paid Ricardo over $40k between the two projects and it was his responsibility to finish the job and COMMUNICATE with the client if you have other plans. Watch out for this contractor!!! We knew Ricardo and his family (wife and kids) for nearly 4 years and had them over several times. He worked his way into our family, only to take advantage of us. We'll never know what we did for Ricardo to walk away from the project and our lives as he did, but I would never recommend him again and warn anyone of this type of contractor. His 1st two photos posted are the floors he laid in our master suite."
