"Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. And we loved that they took pictures of everything as they encountered issues. The customer service, responsiveness, work ethic and thoroughness are outstanding. We will definitely hire Ricardo and his team again and will highly recommend them to anyone who has construction work that needs to be done."

"Workers were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were tidy the 3 1/2 days on site. Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. "I had eight estimates to do the job, they were the 7th. Estimates ranges from $60k for aluminum down to $30k for the same job they did for $20k. Felipe always answers his phone so don't know what happened with the bad review someone gave them. Our roof is incredibly steep and very large with dramatic lines, being a one level house. The crew was lovely, I left my doors unlocked so they could use the facilities. Not at their request, but at my insistence. By the way, the big selling point for another bid was they brought their own port-a-potty. For 10K more. Expensive potty! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had a leak where one corner of the gutter wasn't completely calked, they responded immediately. I had reservations, going from shake to shingle, about loosing the architectural aspect of the roof, it turned out beautiful. I'm an analyst (hence the 8 bids) but am so happy to have hired them. In all the contractor experiences we've had in this house, theirs was the best. <br />"
