"Brandon Wilkes and Humbled Roofing & Restoration were superb from day 1. Brandon was so helpful walking us through how to go about contacting our insurance to get our wind damaged roof repaired. He even made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came. He went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He made what could've been a stressful process stress free. He was available at anytime with any questions we had. When they worked on our roof, they were very efficient and careful not to damage any of our yard and very diligent when it came to clean up. By the end of the day, we had an amazing new roof! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!"

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"I would highly recommend Advantage Roofing. We worked with Ron for what we thought would be a repair but turned into a full replacement. was upfront with everything and explained why we needed to do a replacement. He worked us into the schedule pretty quickly. He also worked with our solar company to coordinate the work and guarantee we didn't have any extra costs. They helped us get the necessary documentation for our insurance company. I would absolutely call them again."

"Tracy and his crew installed three new roofs for me. They are not the cheapest nor are the most expensive. He found an issue while estimating one of the roofs that none of the other estimators found. Mainly because of his knowledge and because he actually got up on the roof. Most of the estimators did a quick visual from the ground and used satellite images from a web app. I would definitely higher him again."

"The expense of replacing a roof is daunting. However, I am confident I have received a quality, guaranteed roof and decking by choosing C. Jenkins Construction. In making the choice of the color for my shingles, Brian never rushed me. He even obtained larger samples for me to examine. With Brian being the owner of the company, he had the ability to make the decisions that gave me the best product at a "more than fair" price that might not have happened with a large corporation. Also, Brian was the one who measured, estimated, explained the process and supervised. He has also arranged contractors to repair other parts of the house effected by my aging roof. Brian was the third of four estimates for my new roof. I was impressed with the forthright way Brian described his company and product. I researched types of shingles and concluded that CertainTeed was a quality shingle. However, Brian's willingness to divulge addresses of properties where he had applied a roof, and his eagerness in arranging my visit to a job site bolstered my trust in him. As we discussed the process of replacing my roof, our conversations digressed into his family values, revealing his integrity and honesty. I fully trusted Brian to complete my job in a reliable manner."

"I hate to provide a negative review for any company. I feel obligated though since I use other reviews to determine if I?d use a company?s services, I want those individuals to provide honest and accurate reviews. I feel obliged to do the same. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I reached out to Horizon Roofing in late October. I had an appointment set-up with a salesman to come out and take a look at my roof. When he arrived it was determined that indeed my roof had extensive damage. He was very nice and I really liked him. Very nice, good ol? boy, casual conversation. Answered my questions, great! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I reached out to my insurance company, new roof approved? no problem. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I received the check from the insurance company along with details on the claim. I was delayed in getting this information over to the salesman. When I did, he indicated that I would just need me to sign the contract and pick out a shingle color. Great! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I had two appointments set-up with him to get things in order to schedule the install. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />One was on a Friday. I had the day off, told him to come by anytime. I?d be there all day. I did not hear from him at all. I e-mailed him Monday to inquire what had happened. He had a family emergency come up. Not a problem, things happen. Scheduled another appointment. When he was 20 minutes late for the second appointment, I called him. He indicated <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />that he had septic issues at his home. I can?t lie, at this point I was bothered. I think in sales, when you set up an appointment, you have to be vigilant of the time, at all times since you make appointments regularly. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In an effort to get the ball rolling, I asked him to scan and E-mail me a copy of the contract on Tuesday. I followed up Thursday since I had not received a contract. He seemed annoyed that his office had not sent the contract. I received the contract Thursday afternoon. At this point, I was reluctant to pursue doing business with Horizon Roofing. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When I received the contract on Thursday, the date on the contract, was that same day. That told me that was the first time it was sent to me, not Tuesday like I was told. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I thoroughly review the contract. I was expected to sign a contract that referenced stipulations on the back of the contract, but only received one page. The contract indicated I had damage to my driveway, I did not. The shingle color that I was to choose? I was sent a slew of literature without knowing what type of shingle I was to refer to in order to choose the color. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />My last effort was calling Horizon Roofing to speak with the sales manager. The receptionist answered the phone on speaker. I was not inclined to tell her what was going on because I didn?t want to express my dissatisfaction on speaker if there was someone else within ear shot. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I called the sales manager to see if there was possibly another salesman could handle my roofing project and claim. I thought maybe the salesman I was assigned had too much going on to adequately handle my project. I received no call back. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have since reached out to another roofing company and received SUPERIOR customer service. My roof install is scheduled for mid-December and I am looking forward to it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Took care of damage from tree falling on roof. It was during a very rainy season and they came and covered the roof to protect inside of house until repair could be made. Courteous and always responded to calls and questions promptly."
