"The initial appointment when the sales rep visited was great, and we liked the 50 year warranty. We wanted to wait until the end of the month because we had vacation plans, but they wanted to do it before our vacation and we ended up agreeing. They installed the new roof on a Wednesday, and we had our quality inspection scheduled for Friday late afternoon because we were leaving on Saturday for a cabin up north. The appointment was canceled because the inspector didnt feel well. After that, no one called to reschedule. I ended up with a roofing nail in my tire, and we had to stop every hour to add air in our tire or lose our cabin rental. We called while on vacation, and they transferred us to other people 4 times until the last guy said that someone would call us back within 24 hours. They didn't. And when I called back again, Brian didn't want to hear that we were dissatisfied and tired of them telling us that someone would call us back. He said that either he or someone else would call us back soon. My wife then tried a different phone number and reached a scheduler. While she was on the phone, Brian called me back and wanted to scheduled for Friday during work hours or Saturday in the middle of the day. I said that those wouldn't work, and asked if we could schedule for next week. Brian responded that since my wife was on the phone with the scheduler, I could just call him back. I said no and asked him to wait for one moment because I didn't want to call back again, and he started yelling at me. I hung up. My wife was eventually able to schedule for a time when only she would be home (not ideal), and she could hear the scheduler she was speaking with laughing. Her impression was that the woman she was speaking with must be in the same office as Brian, and that they were laughing at us in the background. She certainly didn't feel valued. We had wanted to get our roof installed now, and then have Power do solar panels when they start doing them in Georgia. Now, there is no way we would let power come back to do work on our home. We were guaranteed repeat customers, if only they could have treated us with respect and communicated with us appropriately. Instead, we've been begging for information and been made to feel like an inconvenience. They had no problem taking our money before they completed all the steps we were told would be done; we understand that things happen, people get sick, and sometimes you have to reschedule, but they just canceled and forgot about us. We no longer seem to matter to them now that they've completed our roof and taken our money. Buyer beware."
