"I do not even know where to begin?. Could not be more disappointed and angry at this point in time. Was quoted $300 and then after some negotiations ended up paying $100. Personally, I should be paid $300 for the headache I have encountered. I was told the cleaner would bring their supplies which was not true, she showed up with two rags, used two rolls of my paper towels, she ate at my home which was fine, but asked me for food and drink. She left a half eaten clementine on a wood surface which damaged the table. She did not do the kitchen or floors in any of the rooms. She dropped the vacuum on my marble fireplace cracking a tile. Ruined a delicate item in my daughter room. The owner promised me it would be the best cleaning and it was the worst experience I have ever had. If I could provide pictures here I would. The cleaner was one issue and the second issue was the job was not communicated to her which is an owner issue. I truly can not believe that I lost money, time, and precious items from my home due to complete carelessness."

"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "
