"Back in 2023 I hired an individual to epoxy my garage floor, offering me a lifetime warranty on the work. The job was not done professionally and the product applied ended up being defective. When I attempted to contact the individual who performed the work, he would not return my phone calls. That's when I contacted Renu Poly and couldn't be happier with the results! The install team, which included the owner, was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They walked me through the whole process, helped me choose the right finish for my garage and porch, and the final product looks incredible. The installers were friendly, cooperative, and more than willing to explain every step of the process. And their price was more than fair. "They were very polite and talked a good game. In all honesty, they did a half ass job. they didn't' fix several little chips that they said they would fix. In two or 3 spots they skipped over and didn't apply any product. Then you when make them aware of the issues, they deny there is a problem. Should have used a different company. They push a 15-year warranty. Good luck with that."

"My brother hired Josh and his team to renovate a townhouse purchased for our family. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The project was not completed within the original timeline, and several aspects of the work required follow-up to be addressed properly. Some trim and baseboard work appeared incomplete until it was specifically pointed out, and the overall quality of the painting did not meet the standard we anticipated. "If you want epoxy on your trim, running down your stairs, bubbles in your floor, to be able to see the circular markings from the grinder they use to sand down the floor prior to applying the epoxy then this is definitely the company for you. They came out once to fix multiple bubbles, sanded the floor, only reapplied 1 coating instead of 2 coats. We have bubbles AGAIN, and they are rude and only want to come back at their convenience (9:00 on Sunday morning) which doesn't work for us. Refusing to come any other day or time. "

"Their crew was amazing! They repaired several patch areas in my driveway and informed me one of the issues was due to a root from an old tree. They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat.
