We love the color, style, and the quality of work plus the quality of the sales and installation teams. </p> <p>Ken was our salesman and did an exceptional job of explaining the benefits of using their fencing and provided a reasonable estimate in comparison to other companies we had contacted. They were friendly, thoughtful and let us know at the end of the first day when they would be returning. It is a very large backyard and took 2 days for the fence to be installed and then a few hours a third day installing the gates and post caps. When the guys realized on the second day that where we wanted to end the fence on the one side would not look right, they promptly asked us about our opinion and we heard more than one time and quot;you're the customer, whatever you wantand quot;. We ended up moving the one side back a few feet and Ken adjusted the pricing - no hassles. After the job was completed, we noticed that we didn't get the post caps that we had originally wanted and called Ken who said and quot;No problem, we will send someone out to take care of it right awayand quot;. And that is EXACTLY what happened. All the contractors are too busy or have very small service areas. I will probably go back to using other ways to find contractors, so I can find someone who is available to do the work."
