Earlier this week, Jay from the Royal Oak division completed some work on my 3 exterior doors and he replaced 2 cracked wooden steps leading to my back utility room. Jay was very receptive to my questions and provided explanations for the work he conducted; mainly to tightly seal some leaks that were causing noticeable drafts in this cold weather. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."
