"Tim Haigh was great to work with at our inspection. Tim was very thorough and patient, answering all the questions I was bombarding him with. Tim never made us feel like he was rushing the inspection. For a city boy moving to the country, I know nothing about wells and septic systems. Although I was doing my own research, Tim was very helpful explaining how both systems work and recommending improvements for both systems. Tim examined every square inch of the home. He crawled into the attic, both the house and pole barn. He climbed to the peak of the roof to check the vent caps. He thoroughly stressed both well and septic systems. Tim made the inspection feel like a guided tour of our new home-to-be.
