"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

After a few tweaks here and there, she had a final proposal to us and then coordinated build schedule and delivery with our remodeler.  The cabinets were completed and delivered on time.
We are ecstatic with the look that these custom cabinets bring to our newly remodeled basement. The entertainment center and book case are the focal point of the family room. The dry bar is a great addition and the beam box is a unique touch to finish it all off.
The quality of construction and craftsmanship is superb.  Superior quality and great fit and finish throughout.
