Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. "James and his crew installed a beautiful professional grade new driveway at our 3-family condo. It makes our house stand out and allows for landscaping improvements throughout the yard. The edging and seal of the asphalt against the house foundation looks especially well-done. The driveway between our house and the neighbors is narrow and very difficult to work within but James and his crew handled it with ease. Paperwork was scarce with Public Hot Top. We initially went with them because the estimate of 1k lower than others. After some discussion they verbally committed to working within our budget which was several hundred dollars below the estimate. On paving day they pushed hard for 1k payment over initial estimate due to added material expense. Feel that they lowballed the estimate to win business - advise getting price guarantees in advance."

"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible.
