"Mark responded within a couple of days of our first call, and came out to look over our entire yard, make recommendations and give an estimate. We were impressed that he was interested in the long term health of our trees. He expected to return and do the trimming in about 2 weeks. It was closer to 4 weeks, but he apologized saying it was a busy time of year. That was not a real problem for us since it was not an emergency. The work required heavy equipment. As promised, they put down plywood to protect the lawn. As each limb came down, his helpers hauled them to the chipper, so there was only minor debris to clean up afterwards. Also, he ground out the roots of the tree that had to be removed, leaving a level surface.
We were happy to find someone who loves old trees (as we do) and is more interested in saving them that in just cutting them down.
