"New roof install from Hurricane Helene damage. Charged for materials that were not used. Incorrect install of vent boot/vent over the kitchen stove. Direct TV satellite removed from roof and not replaced?satellite dish is missing (presumed thrown away with old roof materials). Brandon did final inspection and confirmed incorrect installation of vent and said I?d hear from the office for it to be fixed. Have yet to hear from the office. However, I received ?Completion of work? stating work has been done in a satisfactory manner for me to sign (which I rejected). No warranty information or length of warranty selected on the Notice of completion. Brandon is well aware that the work was NOT done in a satisfactory manner. Their communication SUCKS, they show up without notifying of a date/time. They begin work and don?t finish, then their subcontractors show up without notice. AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."
