"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. "He worked with my wife. He had already had a long day and we were the last call. He had a bit of an attitude to start. Did not understand what my wife wanted so she had to take him to another room I’m our house to show him. He did not have how own ladder so we had to provide him a ladder to complete the work. When I got home he was almost done and my wife notice he put the wrong color fan blades facing down. He processed to argue with my wife that this was the side she wanted facing down & refused to switch them and I was their to witness his attitude. At this time I just had him quickly finish up and leave. He did not offer to clean up the mess from the install. I paid him by Zelle app and he left. I would definitely not use or recommend him again. Also now I will need to take apart the fan again to fix that blade color."
