"Federal building & roofing (FBR) The work crew did an outstanding job. The price was extremely reasonable and they completed repairs on my roof in less than a day. Extremely satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend Richard and his crew. Thank you guys for a job well done...."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

The brand-new roof they installed is not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally sturdy, incredibly durable, and built to withstand the harshest elements from where I live. "Dealing with Preferred Roofing Company is a pleasure from start to finish. Owner David Paine, Erika in the office and the crew worked tirelessly to get our job completed. David helped us choose the right roof, get the installation done efficiently and all work is permit compliant and up to code. The crew was very professional, cleaned up after themselves and all involved kept us informed throughout the process keeping and up to date on any changes or developments. Nothing but good things to say and thrilled about the outcome. We love our new roof and that Preferred Roofing Company has given our house a new lease on life. We’ll recommend this company to friends and clients. J & K Allen"

"Temp Air personnel are responsible, honest, knowledgable, and their customer service is top of the line. They were accommodating with a scheduled that worked for us. Also, the techs that came to our house were professionals and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them."

"During the first rain of the year, our roof sprung several leaks in the same general area. Given that the roof was 37 years old, there was the probability of more leaks as time went on. We decided to replace the entire roof, not the barrel tiles which were in good shape, just the underlayment. Through Angie's list we selected and checked out four companies. Three of the subsequent bids were in a relatively tight band. The fourth was too low and discarded. AP Roofing was the lowest of the three. For us the lowest price was not necessarily the best. AP Roofing, in the person of David, really impressed us. Specifically he pointed out areas of run off improvement and presented us with a contract the terms of which were superior to the others in many respects. On that basis we accepted his bid. Work started on time, daily cleanup was excellent and the work progressed as promised. The only exception being a day's delay due to high wind conditions. Work was completed on time. \We are very satisfied with David and AP Roofing in their professional manner, workmanship, adherence to time schedules and their overall responsiveness to our concerns. We definitely recommend them."

"Work done as promised and install was seamless."

"ANR Roofing did a terrific job re-roofing my house in 2018. A few weeks ago I noticed a pounding water issue, which had damaged a section of the roof. I called ANR and they immediately sent someone out to repair the roof. Since it was a structural issue and not a roof installation issue, it was not covered under warranty. However, ANR still handled the job right away as a courtesy. Very happy with them and would hire them again for sure!"
