"The whole process went very smoothly. It seemed daunting to me so I had been putting off having my roof inspected and repaired for a LOONG time. With the new hail season approaching, I could no longer do that. Andrew was a Godsend. He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
