"On October 7 2025 came after 5:30 and did estimate. On October 17 2025 worked from 5-10pm pulled up vinyl kitchen tiles (very sticky) On October 18 2025 worked from 9:20 am -10:20pm placed clear plastic thin drop cloth on kitchen floor as it was very sticky. I fell after my shoe got stuck getting water for dog. He went to Home Depot to get 1/4" plywood after I pointed out the uneven floor. I paid $330 for plywood. He installed the plywood October 18-19 2025. October 19 2025 worked from 9am - 7pm. October 20 2025 worked from 5p-9pm.installed vinyl plank flooring in hall. October 21 2025 worked from5p- 9pm. He installed flooring in living room. Hector stated last minute that he was placed on blood thinner and wouldn't be able to come back until Monday. He later texted that he contacted a coworker that would come October 23 2025 to finish kitchen. He then showed up stating that he had to show th coworker what needed to be done. A woman showed up and then approximately 2 hrs later a man showed up. They were all working in the kitchen. I stayed in the back bedroom to try and stay out of the way. He then said that it was all done. And showed me a bill on his phone. He never sent it to me. I paid $3008.00 which was higher than quote but I knew that he had installed the plywood. He then informed me that he was not going to do the bedroom. He also never did any of the transitions for the doorways. I now have to pay someone else to finish what he didn't.Missing trim etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting details but this all I can think of at the moment."
