One thing to keep in mind if you are having basement windows redone is to make sure you ask about the wood framing, whether it needs to be replaced, and how much that would cost. I was fortunate to be able to have the rotten wood frames removed completely and the windows installed without them, but the reframing was not included in the original quote. Randy was very easy to work with and the crew was polite, I would definitely hire them again, but I think their work will be sound and sturdy for years."
