A Local Factory Certified/Trained Roofing Contractor is Paramount and that’s exactly what we received from Strong Roofing. I contacted Strong Roofing and was immediately offered a meeting time at my convenience which was first thing the next morning. Mr. Jose “Sarge” Alonso showed up on time explaining the services, products offered, warranties, estimated time lines to be expected, product samples and colors, a step by step process to be expected, etc. Upon my request, I was immediately provided a written contract which was priced very comparable to other solicited companies. It was very obvious at that time that I was dealing with a experienced and knowledgeable representative from a reliable company with a long history of satisfied customers. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I received several locations of roofing jobs that were done in the recent past for our review which was the only time this was offered to me during my search for roof installers. Strong Roofing is and was Amazing from initial contact to job completion. Mr. Burt, the owner, showed up at my home the morning the job started and introduced himself at which time he thanked me for selecting Strong Roofing and assured me that it will be done correctly the first time. This personal interest and dialogue “DOES NOT” happen very often in today’s business world. His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. Why not do it right the first time with a Great Company with a long history of quality work and personal relationships who are and will remain local. - We highly recommend Strong Roofing who is a Preferred Contractor to anyone wanting a Honest, Reputable, Local, and Reasonably priced roof installer who place the Customers needs and desires first with a No-Pressure Approach. - GREAT JOB THAT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! "it took a while after hurricane zeta for us to get insurance money for the roof to be repaired, but once we got it Gulf Construction came out and did the job. they got top-of-the-line material for our roof and were able to fix some of the rotten wood. definitely recommend them to anyone!"

"Ken is a professional. He arrived on time for the estimate and began the work when he said he would. He power washed my house and sidewalk - which made it look wonderful!. The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. Everyday the area was left neat. Ken and his crew are very friendly and polite. <br />"

"Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"

"He came by the day I called to check what needed to be done and gave me some additional suggestions. Service was scheduled the same week. He arrived on time and ready to work. He completed all that needed to be done plus several more jobs that I had forgotten to tell him about, in a very timely manner. He organized the work that needed to be done so that the painting had plenty of time to dry before dark (front door). He cleaned everything up before he left. In short, he was the perfect person for the job! <br />"

After I agreed with the estimate and signed the contract he went and purchased the needed materials and got right to work on the job having it completed not only well, but timely. I have much work to do on my home as I am still chipping away at some remaining exterior Katrina repairs and modifications.
