"The overall experience would have to be termed somewhat disappointing because while the overall quality of workmanship was good, there were a few parts were it was very shoddy such as the flashing around the chimney and drip edges. In fact, a shingle or two was puffy. This was immediately pointed out to Emmanuel when he came near the end of the installation (November 2021), but the crew could not fix it. Emmanuel stated that something underneath the shingle was causing it to lay uneven, but that was not the case with the original roof which was pretty much flat there and throughout. It makes little sense to offer a lifetime labor warranty if problems are not going to be fixed. This was quite disappointing because Emmanuel was overall very easy to work with, flexible to our needs, gave very detailed estimates, and even offered us a discount for removing two layers of the previous shingles. The point is if you pay around $5000, then it is fair to expect quality workmanship. Still, we reached out early July 2022 for a new estimate for sidings (and windows), but we did not get a response."

"Chose A Plus Roofing because of their honesty and sincerest. Had them out in spring of 2016 for roof replacement. They advised we were a little premature to replace our roof. We had 3-5 more years left. Called them back in Feb. 2021 for completive bids against other roofing companies. They discussed my options, listened to my concerns an provided a very completive quote. Selected them. Roof looks fantastic, installers were true craftsmen and professional. Company check in with me prior to installing the roof, both days the roof was being installed and came by after the roof was installed. Super happy we choose A Plus Roofing."

He answered all our questions before starting the project and continued to communicate with us throughout; we knew exactly what would be going on when with no surprises. During the roof replacement, his team worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. After the install, John came out to the house on a weekend to do a final assessment and even spent some time working on a couple areas that weren't quite up to his standard. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and overall very easy to work with. We would definitely hire him again."

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. My yard and driveway are completely cleaned up-couldn't even tell they were here. Ease of payments as well. Date of Service: 2020-04-29 04:00:00.000"

"We needed our metal barn roof repaired and painted. Its huge, 2 story. Matt and his team of workers were superior. Matt communicated with us and answered all our questions, every step of the way. We had several estimates and DeShazo was most reasonable by far.. There were never any surprises with cost. We were given options to replace our barn roof, but opted to repair and paint to save money. They did a fantastic job, working sun up to sun down. Alfredo and his helpers were very kind and considerate to us and our property. Even the office staff is top notch, a family. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!! I wish they had more than 5 stars!"
