Repair was unsuccessful and they said they they would return next morning. Did not show up and I called the company. Company owner answered the call and came to house (with parts and tools) that same day. He quickly repaired the water main leak and we were happy campers. "That was it.  Brad Rogers came, did a detailed evaluation of the whole house painting job, made several GREAT suggestions and promised to have me an estimate on the work in a few days.  I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the estimate of work.  Then nothing.  I waited.  I never heard from him.  I finally had to look elsewhere.
Even though I needed the entire house painted (two stories with a front, side and back porch) with some carpentry repair, he gave me the impression during the evaluation that my job was too small, from some of his comments ("we have done a lot bigger jobs than this" or "I can work you in").  He may have been joking, but since he didn't get back to me on an estimate, I may have been correct in my feelings.
