"The employee who performed the work (Michael) kept in touch. He gave an estimated time of arrival and then called before arriving. Upon arrival I briefed him on the problem and some of the things I'd tried (snaking the drain, cleaning the P-trap), and showed him the crawl space drain line beneath the sink. He immediately noticed that the crawl space drain line was sloped in the wrong direction, which was proven to be the root cause of our problem. <br /> He had to re-plumb the drain lines beneath our kitchen sink, clean out the sink drain line in the crawl space, and reverse the slope of the crawl space drain line. He took the simplest, most direct approach on everything he did. He replaced the Rube Goldberg plumbing beneath the kitchen sink with a simple, clean, leak-free design. Our kitchen sinks now drain as quickly as they should. <br /> We live out in the county, so we especially appreciate the efforts to keep in touch so that we could plan our day. <br />"

"Troy called and set the appointment.  30 minutes before arrival he called to confirm he was on his way.  They arrive right on time and began the installation.  2-1/2 hours later my new gas stove top was installed and working.  Troy inspected all fittings from the meter to the stove and he actually found leaks around the meter which he quickly repaired at no additional fee.  I would strongly recommend Butler Gas Pipe to anyone needing this type of service."

"These guys are a good-natured, enthusiastic, professional, and hard-working crew!  We were getting joist reinforcement done under the house and the workers for that company said they needed our metal ducting removed and set to the side so they could get to the joists and jack up the floor, and then replaced when they were done.  I contacted Redd's, who I had used once before for air conditioner repair, and James came to inspect, and let me know our ducting was duct board instead of metal and would fall apart if they tried to move it and put it back in place.  It was almost 30 years old and probably in need of replacement anyway.  James gave us a quote by the next day for all new metal ducting.  They had to time their work in coordination with the other company, and with 3 days notice, they were here by 7:45 a.m. and had all the duct work removed and carted away by 9:15.  Two days later, the other company finished the joist work by noon and Redd's was back that afternoon to install enough of the new duct work so we could have partial A/C over the weekend.  They were back on Monday and finished the whole thing.  They not only installed all new duct work, but also replaced vent covers that were rusting a little, and installed all new vapor barrier, which we had already contracted the other company for but got to cancel and saved $600.  They worked very hard, but always had time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing, and even pointed out a small water pipe leak for me so I could get it repaired.  I won't have any problem using this very professional company again. <br />"

"I called Conditioned Air Solutions to get an estimate on repairing my hvac unit...they sent Greg Dupe. now that's not his full last name but i can't spell it...sorry Greg you will be known as the dupe. Greg was very professional and thorough. the report wasn't good I needed a whole new system...well, it was 15 years old.The temp in the house was over 84 degrees...we were sweltering. Greg called Tony to bring out a portable cooling unit sorry i didn't have your last name Tony but he's another great guy from C.A.S. and I just want to thank you so much guys! Greg then sent out Russ Curtis a comfort consultant or salesman. Russ came up with four different replacement options explained them completley and offered his suggestion based on how i use the unit which is keeping my house cool as a meat locker. I got other estimates but with the warranty C.A.S. provides the $200 price difference was a mute point....and nobody else brought me a cooling unit or even offered one! I was impressed and I'm not impressed alot.I was in business in huntsville for over 50 years (El Palacio)and most companies were not very impressive.The day of install Jason Pence and Drew Mcneese arrived to go to work and work thay did..... 10 hours later with no messing around we were getting cool once again and man this Daikin blows as hard as a walk-in cooler...Yay Bolie!!! Thank you Jason and Drew you guys are great and very experienced. Everyone at C.A.S. was PROFESSIONAL,POLITE and VERY HELPFUL.Victoria has helped with making this all happen, she is so friendly and ...I would say she's even "bubbly"! I would hire all these folks because they are the definition of customer service and if I OWNED this company i would be so proud of them because excellent customer service is a rare animal....C.A.S. "I am not the original owner of the house, and Dean had installed the septic tank when it was first built. We have had the house for a few years, and had some growing concerns on the tank. When I called someone to pump it, they informed me that it was connected backwards, so it wasn't operating efficiently. I was able to find Dean, the original installer, and I am amazed at how promptly he jumped into action. He took his crew out there, surveyed what was going on, and corrected it. I can tell it's important to him that his work is correct - even years later, and I would definitely call him for future plumbing needs."
