Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. "This is the third roof I have had put on my home. The first was when the house was built. The second time was 12 years later after a storm that inflicted hail damage. And then 10 years after that because of storm damage. It all started when we observed a wet spot on the bedroom ceiling. I went to Home Adviser requesting a roofing contractor to fix the leak. Redstone Roofing was at the top of the list for contractors that had done work in the Harvest area. I called Redstone and they came out the same day and inspected my roof. Redstone informed me that not only did I have a leak but also I had storm damage. They then installed a tarp over the roof to temporarily stop the leak. Redstone Roofing offered to help me file a homeowners claim. To that effort they sent a survey of the damage and an estimate of repair to my insurance office. An inspection by my claims adjuster verified Redstone Roofing's observations and the claim was approved. Redstone Roofing started my roofing project almost immediately. They took three days to complete the project. The reason it took three days was because they worked one section of the roof at time because we were experiencing thunder showers. They also were paying close attention to details. This was by far the best roofing job I have seen to date. Another point is that Redstone Roofing recommended and used only top of the line materials. They provided me with a 10 year warranty on labor and a 30 year warranty on the shingles. I would recommend Redstone Roofing. It is a locally owned company run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet."
