"A & D Exteriors completed a complete roof installation at my home. Excellent work! A & D met with me to evaluate the job and provided a great overview presentation for me of what would be done. Working with Dustin setting up the project was so easy. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on with regard to the roof. Katrina was great, helping us select the materials that would complement our home. I had two layers of roof that had to be removed. The crew did this so quickly and efficiently. They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. Bath vents were not properly routed before, and Dustin had this correction as part of our project. They use the best vents on the market for this. Robert’s roof caps. The roof shingles and flashing were done with care and quality. I even watched one of the team members as he carefully positioned shingles each time so they were perfect. They took their time to do the job right, but are so efficient the project is done in one day. The crew cleaned up the property so well afterwards, which is a difficult task after taking off two layers of roofing. "Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. The kept work side clean and tarped roof when rain came. Total job took about 8 hours over 2 days. Very fast and efficient. Would recommend"

"I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. Everything else regarding the project was on a very good level - communication, scheduling, quality of work, garbage, etc. Thanks for a good work! Highly recommended!"

"The inspection was thorough and the salesperson explained things well. However, their quote is MUCH, MUCH HIGHER than others. I mean MORE THAN DOUBLE. The initial quote amount was almost triple other company's quote, then the salesperson offered several options to lower it, but still more than double. What I dislike most was, the salesperson specifically asked my wife to be present, after the well prepared presentation, emphasizing the roof's existing problem to make it sounds like it has to be replaced immediately, he offer us to sign the deal on the spot in order to get a 15% discount. It was initially $30+K quote and he was trying to get us sign up just that moment! With the 15% discount, I have to admit we almost agreed, but I calmed myself down and refused to sign up on the spot. My wife was mad at me! She thought we are losing the discount! (See how successful the salesperson was!) Days later I got a few quotes from other companies, all are just about one third (yes, 1/3) of this company's initial quote. So I did not sign up with this company and do not know how good their job would be. But they sure have an excellent sales team! I believe they are much over prized."
