"Called Tim a couple of months ago for an estimate on three projects I needed done. Removing and replacing the railroad tie steps was a priority. We talked about a couple of options over the course of a couple of weeks after the intial visit. After agreeing on a plan, Tim set a date to do the work and was on time and ready the day we planned. He removed the railroad ties and replaced them with landscape pavers and blocks, then  finished off the retaining wall with matching wall blocks. The project
took 3 days.

"It was good. They were prompt, quick, and he's the only person who could work for my time line."

"We knew we had a couple of leaks in our lawn sprinkler system, so we purchased a Tune-up with Hendco. Tune-up was scheduled for 2pm on a Thursday, he showed up at 3pm. He identified exactly where the leaks were and said he could fix them. We setup the appointment for repairs for the following day, Friday at 10am. Sometime after noon, he called and said he wouldn't be able to make it and asked to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 10am. He and his technician showed up at 2:30pm. While Steve was a nice enough guy, he has a real problem with time management. Price was within reason, but I won't use him again and can't recommend him either."

"They did a good job. They were prompt in everything. They were okay. I don't have anything really bad to say about them. They did what they could. It was kind of a mess that they were working with. They did okay. There were no additional charges. They didn't complete all that we had wanted to during the time that we had them. They were willing to come back for more pay. We got what we wanted. I would rate them as being good. For what we got, I thought their price is a little bit high."

"Fantastic work. We had a massive flooding issue. The backyard was sloped down from back fence line to back of house. There's close to a 4 foot difference in height at the back fence line to the back door. We got all the rain runoff from all three sides of our neighbors directly to our back door. Kingsley created a 3 level retaining wall and it hasn't flooded at all all year! He completely transformed our backyard from a war zone to a wonderful and relaxing yard. We can actually get grass to grow after the entire backyard and parts of the front yard had sod placed. We are low maintenance people and he gave us landscaping that was to our style, even though I'm sure he would loved to give us a much more intricate design. He listens to the client but provides good recommendations to step out of our initial plan. He extended our concrete patio, installed a front and back sprinkler system, fixed our old French drains and placed new ones, and removed two dead trees. I wish I could show photos! I would definitely hire Kingsley again. His team did fantastic work!"
