Our History\nHe and I Construction, Inc. originated from the aspirations of Al Alfaro and his wife Lucille in March of 1995. After working for a construction company from the late 1980's through the early 1990's, Al decided to enter the construction business with the help of his wife Lucille. He and I Construction, Inc. started as a company specializing in refurbishing and building homes, and hardwood floor installation. \n\n The central office and storage was located at the Alfaro's home, and based out of the garage. As the company developed and became incorporated in 1998, it began to take on the responsibility of a general contractor, growing into a company specializing in design/build, maintenance and renovation contracting. \n\n Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions.\n\nOur Mission\n•To consistently provide top notch service over the years\n\n•Continuing training and education to upgrade our quality of service for all our customers\n\n•By utilizing the continuous support from our community, the word of our excellent services will freely flow throughout the Southwest Region.\n\nOur Staff\nHe and I Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business with approximately ten employees, whom are directly related to the company owner. With a total staff of 25 dedicated workers, we are more than capable of completing projects within the time constraints stated in our contracts.

Our Services Include: \n(1) Trash Containers: Before frame carpenters start I will place metal trash cans in a designated area. \n(2) Shingles: Remove wood and shingle debris and clean out dust from house. \n(3) Trades rough-in: Remove trades debris and clean out dust and wall cavities for insulators. \n(4) Drywall debris: Remove drywall debris but leave dust so texture won’t stick to floor. \n(5) Texture Debris: Remove drywall texture debris and fine dust before trim carpenter starts. \n(6) Brick & Stone: Remove all misc. trash and brick debris \n(7) Interior Trim: Remove trim debris and clean out dust for painters. \n(8) Remove Lot Debris: Remove lot debris before final grader starts “Pulling forms is an extra bid" \n(9) Painters Paper: Remove painters paper from garage. \n(10) Trades Trash: Clean out garage of boxes/misc, spot scrape floor and sweep good for carpet installers. \n(11) Carpet Remnants: Remove carpet remnants and trades final debris. \nNote* after stage (5) If floor scraping is required I need to know before they texture otherwise it’s an extra labor charge. \n
