The house was spic and span clean and smelled really good. Isabela communicated well with me throughout the process of setting and appointment date and time, and arriving as expected. She completed all of the expected work on time and was a pleasure to work with."

"Cory was great from the start. He listened well to my needs and other things were obvious. He even recognized an issue I had on my bathroom ceiling to be mold and treated it. I had no idea that's what it was but I was glad that he did! The two girls Maria and Sky, were so sweet. Maria did a great job cleaning my kitchen, that is, cleaning off the old retro metal cabinets, washing down the walls, the dishes, as well as mopping the floor. She's just learning English but I think she knew what "Bling! Bling" meant as I motioned with my hands how sparkly clean everything looked when she was done. Sky went hard at work to clean our dining room and vacuumed the floor. She cleaned underneath of my 96 year old mother's chair and left the entire carpet almost spotless. I haven't seen that carpet that clean in quite some time. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Move-Out Deep Cleaning Did Not Meet Expectations. We hired this company for a move-out deep cleaning with a detailed checklist. Some areas were cleaned well (stovetop, windowsills, baseboards, and wood floors), but many items were left incomplete, including cabinet exteriors and tops, door frames, banister slats, vents, light fixtures, bathroom walls, and the basement floor. The team arrived 30 minutes late. The original quote was $300 for three hours, but after inspecting all three levels, Consuelo stated it would only take two hours and later sent an invoice for $250. When we emailed photos and attempted to address the incomplete items, the responses we received were unprofessional and included insulting language rather than a constructive effort to resolve the matter. We ultimately reached an agreement and paid a reduced amount. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for a move-out deep clean."

"The cleaner, Ebony stole $300 from a purse and when asked kept deflecting by saying the occupant was rude. The occupant told Ebony the bathtub she supposedly cleaned was still dirty. Ebony then complained she was being bothered and the occupant spoke to the other occupant in a language she did not understand. Its their home and they were not talking to Ebony. The apartment in question was inspected and. the stove, kitchen sink, floors were also not cleaned. A previous person gave a review about them on a similar experience. We used soft scrub to clean and that did the trick. Lorenzo's lack of intellect and common sense when spoken to was very obvious. Engaging them to clean an apartment more than once does not negate the fact $300 was stolen. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CO AND IF YOU DO, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK AND HIDE YOUR VALUABLES. They will probably respond to my review and blame the occupant."
