"I am extremely satisfied with Perkins Masronry from start to finish. Our home is 23 years old. The mortar between pavers on our sidewalk was crumbling and needed tuck pointing. There was water damage to our brick porch steps. Curtis responded to my inquiry and came to provide an estimate within two days. When the weather improved, he and his crew came to our home and began working immediately. His large crew cut and removed the mortar between all pavers. The damage to the brick steps was so severe that they removed the pavers from all the steps then carefully rebuilt them. Then they mixed new mudd/mortar and applied between all the joints. The end result was fabulous! It looks like a brand new sidewalk and new porch! Curtis kept me informed during the entire job. His team is friendly, yet hard workers. They cleaned up the worksite each day. And the price we paid was excellent. A ballpark quote from another contractor would have been twice as high. This is a family business. Curtis's father came to the job site to help the last day. I would not hesitate to use Perkins Masonry again and highly recommend them to others !"

"I am happy with the quality of the work. It looks like what I was expecting. The price was excellent, they saved me a LOT of money compared to Bone Dry Masonry. Seemed to do things the right way instead of just doing it the fastest way. They also did a good job of cleaning up for a "broom clean" finish at the end. Bob and Linda were nice to deal with. Unfortunately, I signed the contract at the end of September 2020 and it was just completed the first week of April 2021. I would've liked to give them 5 stars but simply can't because of the unacceptable delay and poor communication on project status. The initial delay may have been related to their limestone supplier, but still, they should've done a better job keeping me updated. I was extremely patient because the backyard wasn't being used in the winter time, but had to be pretty firm that the project must be completed before I hired someone else. I would hire them again for something like an outdoor living space or outdoor fireplace made with brick or stone. I don't think I would hire them again for something critical and time-sensitive."

"I setup two appointments with this company based on the reviews. On the day of the appointments, the office manager called and said they had to cancel the appointment due to other jobs. The first time I was ok with it and understanding but then waiting a week and having a second appointment cancelled made me upset. I stayed home those days which was an issue.
There was never any mention of any sort of discounted services should I need a repair or a free sweep. I guess it is ok for them to cancel my appointments for their monetary concerns for their business but have complete disregard for those who have to spend vacation time to sit home and wait for them.
Very unprofessional operation in terms of how they book and overbook it appears. I will admit it was nice to get a cancellation call and the lady was very nice.
