For our personal residence, he worked directly with our insurance claims adjuster to make sure the roof replacement and related water damage repair were covered. The crew that did the work did a good job, and cleaned up well afterward. Robert inspected the job and cleanup himself. Robert also coordinated with a paint contractor to repair and paint sheetrock damaged as a result of the damaged roof. Robert was especially good at communicating and keeping us informed about schedule changes necessitated by weather. We never had to wonder about his plans.
