The repair of the brick patio looked good when it was completed last summer but since then a number of the bricks that were installed have buckled. Contractor refuses to repair the buckled portion of the patio without an additional charge, even though the portion that buckled was the portion he reset."

"Rob was great throughout the whole process. He installed a dining room chandelier (77 lbs), three kitchen pendant lights, a new ceiling light, and a bathroom light fixture. All came out great, exactly as we wanted. Everything is aligned and level. I noticed he would double and triple check how high the lights were hung and made sure they were to our specifications. When one pendant light was slightly off, he took the time to adjust it. Rob is very professional and kind. He will listen to your questions and perform the work exactly as you specify.
