"SSH Capital is an amazing company. They were prompt in contacting me to set up the consultation appointment. They're extremely professional, patient, explained in detail and answered my questions. It was not a rushed sales pitch just to get my business. The company is extremely organized from start to finish. A project manager on-site through out the project. Every one was so accommodating and friendly. They took care of everything. I didn't need to do anything and it gave me peace of mind. Once the roof shingles were removed, the project manager did a thorough inspection and determined we had 4 areas with rotted plywood. This was the cause of the leaking above our bathroom window from where the wall met the ceiling. Our roof lookes wonderful and we are very pleased with their work. We no longer have the leaks! Clean up was immaculate and they took everything. We will hire them to do our garage! They use high quality products. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
