"I had him inspect the first property I was under contract for. He arrived on time, had sent me all documents to review the day before, and then proceeded to check every inch of the house. He walked us through every step of the process, gave us estimated lifeexpectancies of the appliances and features of the house, went in the attic, crawl space, did a preliminary check of the fire place, and even walked around the back yard to check out a drainage pipe.it took about 4 days to receive the inspection report. Based on his findings (and the sellers being unwilling to fix anything), we backed out of that contract. When we found another house we loved, we called him again. Once again, he arrived on time. There was a miscommunication along the way (as the house was occupied), and the seller did not expect us at the time. He handled that situation with tact and professionalism. With this inspection, he was just as thorough as before. Again, he walked us through every step so that we understood his findings and made recommendations on certain aspects. He make suggestions on questions to ask the current homeowner and showed us that we have our own transformer from the street, which we didn't know before that. We received the report within two days. Both reports were comprehensive, with the same recommendations for monitoring or repairing any issues, and it was easy to understand. If this contract also falls through, I will absolutely call him again."
