After several calls they finally sent a tech who insisted to charge me for covered work under my warrantee. Eventually, ARS waved charges. now the thermostat is dead, once again ARS said they'd charge me, I asked to have a manger/owner call me and confirm the work is covered before sending a tech. once again ARS said they'll charge me This is a dishonest company with horrible service "
