We needed a full renovation for an investment property that we were going to purchase. I am a licensed realtor/investor. Gerardo came over with his crew and promised to get us an estimate in 1 week. 2 weeks passed. During that time, I called him everyday, no answer. I went to put in an offer on the house and suddenly it was pending sale. The house came with all materials to repair within purchase price and most work had already been done. Every bone in my body is telling me that Gerardo snaked us and either took the property for himself or has something to do with the house being snatched from us. He refused to take my or my husbands calls to this day. This company is not trust worthy and definitely not investor reliable. Would not recommend to anyone!"

Charlie determined what needed to be done and had his men start the process of jacking up the second floor and installing the support needed since when originally built, the load bearing walls did not have the support needed. Despite being very busy, Charlie squeezed my job in and his guys showed up on time every day till the job was done. They were respectful, never slacked off, but worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. They did a great job!
