"I was very pleased with the quote, the questions answered, and the work! We weren t in the market for a new roof and Henry told us that we didn t need a new roof. Spraying a coating on the existing roof would extend the life of it and that s what we chose to go with. It was more cost effective and it made sense to go with that for the next 5 years! We just bought the house and from what the home inspection said, the roof was in decent shape so I knew that buying a new roof wasn t needed. 5 year warranty on the work and elastomeric coating and we couldn t be happier with the work and with the honesty! Plus, the coating was from a company called PDI in Scottsdale and from what I read on their site, it s great quality material. Henry said he always goes with this company for this coating and I appreciate that. I ll pay a bit more $$ to know I m getting great material. We had 5 or 6 other roofing companies come out and give us quotes and not one of them were up front and honest with me like Henry was, in my opinion. They either said the roof was in great shape and didn t need to be replaced or coated or the suggestions for a new roof. There was not one company that recommended repairs and a coating. I ve noticed the house is cooler now that the roof has this sun reflective coating and we will have peace of mind that our roof will be preserved for another 5 years!"

"Ben came out an evaluated the roof ridges. They had deteriorated to the point they could not be repaired. He provided pictures and an estimate. He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "I used this **pro** for a roof repair. The shingles used were not even in the same color-way of my roof. A variegated gray-red does not match the warm light brown of the existing roof. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed when I got home. As a *professional* it would have been better to Inform this homeowner that they either could not match the shingles (at all-not even close) or show this homeowner the shingles before they started the job. Now, I will have to pay someone to reroof the patch job with the correct or at least a shingle color thats closer to the rest of my roof. He did an excellent job receiving my money and was equally slick at using COVID and the supply chain as his excuse.."

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
