The work to be done was on a pencil written yellow pad page. He gave me his card. <br /> The cost was to be $7800.00, but I later told him I would go with $7000.00 plus $300.00 for the person that will move the solar heater panels. He and I agreed, but at that time, I told him I want a list of what he will do on On Top Roofing letterhead along with costs. <br /> As of this date, which is about 2 month or more after the job, I am still waiting for the paperwork. I did contact him after the job and reminded him about the receipt and guarantees. <br /> I did not and have not heard from him' <br /> I made a mistake by letting On Top Roofing to do the job. <br /> The job was OK, but the followup sucks. <br /> I also mede the mistake by paying Richard and not the company. <br /> <br /> <br />"

We are very pleased with his work and will use him again. One trick is to text him in the early morning to connect with him. When he is working during the day, he tends to not take calls and he's not always the quickest at returning his voice mail. However, he likes to show up early for his jobs and wait in the car.
